Partner Acquisition Marketing Specialist 


Mono Solutions is looking for a talented Partner Acquisition Marketing Specialist to join our team in Copenhagen full-time and to become a part of a rapidly growing SaaS business serving hundreds of thousands of websites and other digital marketing SaaS subscriptions across 30+ markets via our partner network across Europe and North America.



We are looking for a results-driven and agile marketing professional with a strong affinity for content generation to join the Mono Marketing Team. This role will primarily focus on partner acquisition activities, and assume responsibility for demand generation via inbound and outbound marketing activities. The Partner Acquisition Marketing Specialist will also act as the go-to marketing resource for the New Business Sales Team and support the acquisition of new partners. You will report directly to our VP of Marketing, and will work closely together with the VP of New Sales to support the daily work of our New Business Sales Team. 



  • Manage the annual and quarterly campaign plan as defined by the overall marketing strategy, refine the messaging for prospective partner audience and execute campaigns

  • A strong focus on the creation and copywriting of strategic content ( incl. blog posts, white papers, case studies and more) with the aim to generate leads from digital campaigns and boost SEO

  • Gain and maintain an understanding of the challenges and trends of the defined industries/verticals in order to create content that communicates how our technology addresses their needs

  • Set up and run digital campaigns and advertising on relevant platforms, such as LinkedIn, display ads and more, to build brand awareness and generate leads

  • Work closely with the New Business Sales Team on lead generation, initial lead qualification and nurturing initiatives across channels

  • Create presentations and other materials to support sales efforts

  • Define and execute account-based marketing campaigns

  • Become the resident marketing expert in Salesforce (CRM) and Hubspot (Email marketing and marketing automation) 

  • Take a data-driven approach to tracking marketing related activities, including reporting on KPIs

  • Work with industry partners on executing co-marketing campaigns for lead generation 

  • Assist product marketing efforts to refine USPs in new markets and industries/verticals

  • Coordinate and attend industry conferences focused on generating new business



  • Minimum of 2-3 years experience working with B2B Marketing 

  • Experience in managing marketing campaigns from end-to-end

  • Strong copywriting skills to ensure clear communication of our partner promises

  • Perfect written and spoken communication in English, ideally native (if relevant - you must already have approval to work in Denmark with the proper visa in place)  

  • Hands-on experience working with CRM (a big plus if Salesforce and or Hubspot) for marketing activities

  • You are a go-getter who is comfortable working independently as well as part of a team in a dynamic, evolving environment

  • You are passionate about marketing and sales, have an excellent attention to detail and excited to work in a global structure

  • Flexible to take meetings outside of normal office hours and travel internationally (estimated 20-25 days a year)

  • You have strategic B2B sales or marketing experience
