Is the “Free” subscription really free of charge?
Yes. There are no hidden terms and conditions. ReQruiting’s HR and recruitment system is free of charge. And you can cancel your “Free” subscription at any time.
Can I always cancel my subscription?
Yes, you can always cancel your subscription from your account settings. If you cancel a monthly subscription, you will have access to already paid features for the rest of the month, but you will not be charged for the following month and onwards. The same principle applies to annual subscriptions.
Where can I upgrade and downgrade my subscription?
You can easily upgrade, downgrade, and close your account whenever you wish from your account settings.
Can I cancel my account?
ReQruiting is free of charge, but you can close your account at any time. Your data will be deleted after the termination.
What will happen if I downgrade from a professional or enterprise subscription?
You will have access to your prepaid subscription features until your subscription expires, which will take place when your subscription is converted to the one you’ve selected. Your recruitments and data will remain stored in your account, but some data or features may not be available as a downgrade may result in fewer features.
