The story and the vision

10 years of experience

ReQruiting was founded in 2015 by Søren Brændsgaard, who after 10 years in the recruitment industry had a strong desire/wish to make recruitment simple and more efficient for businesses of all sizes, while keeping the cost low.

 

Therefore, a completely new HR and recruitment software was developed from scratch, customized for small and medium-sized companies. The system allows companies to use the same tools and processes that professional recruitment companies use. Together with advice and guidance, the system ensures companies easier access to successful recruitments and makes employees an active resource and competitive advantage.
